Biography

I was born in Lethbridge but was raised on a farm ten miles out of Milk River. Upon completing High School, I spent 4 years at the U of A in Edmonton and graduated with a Bachelors of Education Degree in Early Childhood Education. My early teaching career (five years) was spent in the Lethbridge Public Schools teaching grade two, grade one and a combined grade one/two class. Prior to coming to teach in Magrath, I completed a fifth year Diploma Program in Early Childhood Education at the University of Lethbridge. I have taught Kindergarten, Grade Two and now Grade One at Magrath Elementary. I live in Lethbridge - a stone's throw away from the Movie Mill. I have five married sons and 13 grandchildren with another due at Thanksgiving.
