Stanley is set to travel

Our class has finished studying the novel Flat Stanley. We are anxious to have our little flat friends visit various places in the community, province and the world. We hope you and your friends will be excited to take one or two of them with you when it is possible. That way the students will also learn about the world. Pictures and writing in Stanley's log book will help our class to share in the adventures.

We are also learning about different types of rocks and minerals. We will be learning about erosion and soil too. Ask your student about Sedimentary, Igneous and Metamorphic rocks. Perhaps you might like to try rock hounding for fun.
