Biography

Mr. Blackmore

Mr. Blackmore was born in Cardston, on Sept. 29, 1974. He went to school in Cardston and grew up on a dairy farm. He grew up playing basketball and softball. In High School he started doing rodeo, and tried all the events.

Mr. Blackmore went to Rick's College for a year, on the rodeo team. Then he went on a mission for the LDS Church for 2 years. His mission was New York, and after he got home he started school at the University of Lethbridge for his teaching degree.

He married Mindy Cook from Magrath and they moved there. They have 3 kids: Paycen, Carly, and Bailey.

Mr. Blackmore was a student teacher in Magrath and taught grade 4 with Miss Neilson. His first big teaching job was in Glenwood for 3 months. He taught Social Studies, Foods, Fashion, and even Cosmetology for one day.

He has been teaching in Magrath for 5 years.
