Information About Basic Facts

Multiplication Flashcards Complete Set -The new math curriculum encourages students to use mental math strategies which require critical thinking and number sense to solve basic facts instead of memorizing them. For some students it is much easier to memorize these facts rather than try to use math strategies to figure out the answer. Before students can use math stategies to solve multiplication facts they need to memorize these basic facts so they have some foundation of knowledge to build upon.
